化工压力容器移装风险识别及应对措施

摘要 作为特种设备的重要组成部分,压力容器在我国经济社会发展中应用非常广泛。化工压力容器属于化工生产和冶金行业中重要生产设备,对行业的发展起到了关键性作用。近年来,为响应国家低碳经济、节能减排等要求,一些大型化工压力容器通过移装,重复利用,确实对资源的合理利用起到了积极作用,但移装后的压力容器相比于其他容器安全隐患更大,本文通过对移装后的压力容器进行风险识别并提供有针对性的措施,来保证后续使用的安全。 As an important part of special equipment,pressure vessel is widely used in China’s economic and social development Chemical pressure vessel is an important production equipment in chemical production and metallurgical industry,which plays a key role in the development of the industry.In recent years,in response to the requirements of national low-carbon economy,energy conservation and emission reduction,some large chemical pressure vessels have indeed played a positive role in the rational utilization of resources through relocation and reuse.However,compared with other vessels,the safety hazards of pressure vessels after transfer are greater.This paper identifies the risk of the pressure vessel after transfer and provides targeted measures to ensure the safety of subsequent use.
