本文简要分析了甲醇合成回路中间换热器在管束制造、壳程筒体变形控制及管束组装等关键制造节点中存在的问题,并阐述了解决这几个制造难点时所采取的工艺措施,为今后制造此类结构的换热器提供经验和参考。

This paper briefly analyzes the problems of the intermediate heat exchanger in the methanol synthesis loop in the key manufacturing nodes such as tube bundle manufacturing,shell side tube deformation control and tube bundle assembly,and expounds the technological measures taken to solve these manufacturing difficulties,so as to provide experience and reference for future heat exchanger manufacturing of this kind of structure.
