摘要 美国某公司高温热解炉中用S31254180度R=1D急弯弯头目前都采用铸造工艺制造,现采用钢管制造工艺为研究对象,对急弯弯头的冷、热制造工艺研究内容及关键技术加以论述,掌握了用钢管制造S31254180度R=1D急弯弯头最佳工艺,为同类产品的制造提供参考,并按照该工艺制造的产品成功用于某公司项目的热解炉中,使用寿命比铸造弯头大大提高。 In high temperature pyrolysis furnace of some USA company,at present,all S31254180o R=1D sharp bent elbows are manufactured using casting technique.In this paper,with steel pipe manufacture process as object of study,contents and key technique of sharp bent elbow cold and hot manufacture processes have been demonstrated,mastering optimum process of manufacture of S31254180o R=1D sharp bent elbow using steel pipes,and also providing reference for manufacture of similar products.In addition,products manufactured using this process have been successfully used in pyrolysis furnace of some company,providing service life much longer than that of cast elbows.
