摘要
填料支撑件包括支撑栅板、支撑梁等结构,支撑件与罐壁不锈钢复合板直接焊接时,存在复合板结合面被撕裂的风险,本文总结了复合板容器填料支撑结构的强度计算及设计经验,对结构型式及焊接方法提出了要求,可作为同类设备设计时的参考。
Packing support includes grid plate,beam and other structures.When the support parts are directly welded with the stainless-steel clad plate,there is a risk that the joint surface of the clad plate will be torn.This paper summarizes the strength calculation and design experience of a clad plate vessel packing support structure,which can be used as a reference for similar design.
