摘要
我们在中石化某课题的研发新型节能高效旋风分离器试验过程,因为旋风分离器试验结构以及试验降低压降的需要,对旋风分离器试验和工程应用部件-升气管的加工提出新的开缝要求。如何把升气管的厚壁管切向斜开缝加工完成,是试验中的需要解决的新问题,也是进行课题研发和试验必须首先解决的问题。我们通过对常规加工方法存在的问题进行分析,制定新的加工工艺和新加工方法,解决了常规铣刀轴向切割加工不能解决的问题,实现了加工方法和工艺综合应用的新思路。
We developed a new energy-saving and efficient cyclone separator test process in a project of Sinopec.Due to the test structure of cyclone separator and the need to reduce pressure drop in the test,new slit requirements were put forward for cyclone separator test and the processing of engineering application component-lift pipe.How to complete the machining of the axial inclined seam of the thick-walled pipe of the riser pipe is a new problem to be solved in the test,and it is also the first problem to be solved in the research and development of the subject and the test.Through the analysis of the existing problems in the conventional processing methods,we develop new processing technology and new processing methods,to solve the conventional milling cutter axial cutting cannot solve the problem,the realization of the processing method and process integrated application of new ideas.
