摘要
介质毒性为极度、高度危害或者不允许有微量泄露的容器,在耐压试验合格后应进行泄漏试验,氦气作为检漏的示踪气体,因其为惰性气体、分子小、渗透力强、安全稳定、检漏灵敏等特点,已越来越广泛地应用于各行业检漏领域,对有特殊要求的换热器检漏采用氦检漏是十分必要的。本文以某台U形管换热器为例,详细的介绍了其氦检漏试验过程,为同类设备的制造提供参考。
Containers that are extremely toxic,highly hazardous or do not allow minor leakage,leakage test shall be carried out after hydrostatic test.Helium,as a tracer gas for leak detection,has been widely used in the field of leak detection in various industries due to its characteristics of inert gas,small molecule,strong permeability,safety and stability,and sensitive leak detection.It is necessary to use helium for leak detection of heat exchanger with special requirements.Taking a U-tube heat exchanger as an example,this paper introduces the helium leak test process in detail,which provides a reference for the manufacture of similar equipment.
