摘要
在压力容器制造中,经常会遇到两侧母材厚度相差较大的对接焊缝TOFD检测情况,因厚度差造成检测参数选定困难。本文主要探究该类不等厚对接焊缝的TOFD检测工艺,通过建立数学模型、制作对比试块和验证试块,找出合适的探头锲块角度与探头中心间距,降低因厚度不等对TOFD声束的影响,从而达到对完整焊缝进行检测的目的。
In the manufacture of pressure vessels,TOFD test of butt welds with large difference in parent metal thickness on both sides is often encountered,the thickness difference makes it difficult to select the detection parameters.This paper mainly discusses the TOFD detection technology of such unequal thickness butt welds,by built a mathematical model,and made calibration block and qualification block,find the proper angle of the probe and probe centre separation(PCS),reduce the influence of thickness difference on TOFD beam,so as to achieve the purpose of the complete weld inspection.
