摘要
本文针对国内某PTA项目中S32205双相不锈钢容器的焊接制造,进行了焊接工艺评定试验,采用ASTM A923标准规定的冲击试验、腐蚀试验方法检验双相不锈钢焊缝及热影响区有害金属间相。通过对焊接工艺的研究,提出了保证S32205双相不锈钢容器产品质量的措施。
In this paper,the welding procedure qualification test was made for the welding manufacture of S32205 duplex stainless-steel pressure vessels in one of PTA projects in the country.The impact test and corrosion test methods specified in ASTM A923 standard were used to test the welding seams of duplex stainless steel and the harmful intermetallic phases in the heat affected zone.Through the study of welding process,the measures to ensure the quality of S3220 duplex stainless-steel pressure vessels are put forward.
