摘要
由于钛及钛合金具有许多优异的性能,特别是在一些强酸、强碱以及含Cl-的介质中表现出极其强的耐腐蚀性,因此在耐腐蚀性要求很高的化工容器中得到了广泛的应用。本文通过对主体材料采用TA2及16Mn复合TA9的汽提不凝气加热器及汽提塔顶冷凝器的结构及特点的分析,针对封头成形、筒体成形、换热管与管板焊接及胀接等质量控制点进行了前期的试验准备,根据试验所得的结果及经验制定了合理的产品制造工艺,并对试验及制造过程中出现的问题及难点进行分析,提出了相应的解决方法,为该类产品的制造提供了制造方法及经验。
Because titanium and titanium alloys have many excellent properties,especially in some strong acids,strong alkalis and‘Cl-’containing media,they show extremely strong corrosion resistance,so they have been widely used in chemical containers with high corrosion resistance requirements.This article analyzes the structure and characteristics of stripping non-condensable gas heaters and stripping tower top condensers using TA2 and 16Mn composite TA9 as main materials.Expansion joints and other quality control points were pre-tested.Based on the test results and experience,a reasonable product manufacturing process was formulated.The problems and difficulties in the test and manufacturing process were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.Provided manufacturing methods and experience for the manufacture of such products.
