摘要
本文介绍了核岛主要辅助系统RRA设备余热排出热交换器设备结构、技术特征和主要功能,同时对设备壳侧组件加工失误及造成的质量风险进行分析,根据设备材料特性和制造要求、焊接工艺评定要求对关键尺寸进行修复,详细介绍了修复过程中堆焊、机加等工序,顺利完成设备堆焊修复任务,为公司挽回了巨大的经济损失。
This paper introduces the structure,technical features and main functions of the heat exchanger of RRA equipment,which is the main auxiliary system of the Nuclear Island.Meanwhile,it analyzes the processing errors of the components on the shell side of the equipment and the quality risks caused by them.According to the material characteristics and manufacturing requirements of the equipment,and the welding process evaluation requirements,the key dimensions are repaired.The overlaying welding and machining procedures in the repair process are introduced in detail,so that the repair task of the equipment overlaying welding can be successfully completed,and saved the company a great deal of money.
