摘要
以三聚氰胺废水分解塔为例,从设备结构特点、材料选取、结构设计方面进行陈述。依据设备工况和高压设备的特点,选取了适应本设备工况的主体材料;通过分析设备内介质特性,对与介质接触的耐蚀材料的化学成分、检测等方面进行理论分析和实验验证,最终选取了与介质接触的材料;通过优化管口结构,降低接管的制造难度,保证了接管与壳体焊接接头的质量;根据设备内介质至下而上的流动特点,在塔内设置了反混塔盘,提高了设备的反应效率,确保设备的质量。
Melamine waste water decomposition tower is taken as an example to give a presentation of key points in equipment structure features,material selection,structure design.The material for main body has been selected applicable to operating condition of the equipment based on the operating condition of the equipment and characteristic of the high pressure equipment;the material in contact with medium bas been chosen at the end based on analysis of the characteristic of the medium in the equipment as well as theoretical analysis and experimental verification chemical composition and test of corrosion resisting material in contact with medium;the quality of weld joint between nozzle and shell by optimization of pipe nozzle structure and reduction of difficulty in manufacture;the reaction efficiency of the equipment has been enhanced by back mixing tray installed inside the tower according to the flow feature of the medium from bottom to top inside the equipment ensure equipment quality.
