白念珠菌临床分离株体外生物膜形成及耐药情况的对比

摘要 目的 探究白念珠菌临床分离株体外生物膜形成及对氟康唑(FLC)、伊曲康唑(ITR)、伏立康唑(VRC)及卡泊芬净(CAS)的耐药情况。方法 采用M27-A3微量肉汤稀释法对79株临床分离的白念珠菌进行体外药物敏感性试验,观察并记录FLC、ITR、VRC及CAS的MIC_(50)值,分析MIC_(50)值的变化与白念珠菌游离状态及生物膜状态的关系。结果 79株白念珠菌临床分离株中有42株可形成生物膜,成膜率为53.16%,有37株菌不能形成生物膜,占比为46.84%。在游离状态下,可成膜组的MIC_(50)值高于不成膜组,可成膜组在生物膜状态下的MIC_(50)值高于游离状态。结论 可形成生物膜的白念珠菌对抗真菌药物的敏感性低于不能形成生物膜的菌株。白念珠菌在生物膜状态下的药物敏感性低于游离状态。 Objective To investigate in vitro biofilm formation and drug resistance of clinical isolates of Candida albicans to fluconazole(FLC), itraconazole(ITR), voriconazole(VRC) and caspofunzin(CAS).Methods Seventy-nine clinically isolated Candida albicans were tested for drug sensitivity in vitro by M27-A3 broth dilution method. The MIC_(50)values of FLC, ITR,VRC and CAS were observed and recorded. The relationship between the MIC_(50)values and the free state and biofilm state of Candida albicans was analyzed.Results Among 79 clinical isolates of Candida albicans,42 strains(53.16%) could form biofilm, while 37 strains(46.84%) could not form biofilm.In the free state, the MIC_(50)value of the film-forming group was higher than that of the non-membrane group, and the MIC_(50)value of the film-forming group in the biofilm state was higher than that of the free state.Conclusion Candida albicans that could form biofilms were less sensitive to antifungal drugs than those that could not form biofilms.The drug sensitivity of Candida albicans in biofilm state was lower than that in free state.
