结节性痒疹与精神心理疾病共病的研究现状

The Research Status of Prurigo Nodularis with Psychiatric Comorbidities

结节性痒疹(prurigo nodularis,PN)是一种以丘疹、结节伴剧烈瘙痒为特征的慢性炎症性皮肤病。近年来,多项研究报道PN患者常合并各种精神心理障碍,其中以抑郁、焦虑、睡眠障碍等较为常见。PN与精神心理疾病共存严重影响患者生活质量,导致预后不佳。本文对PN合并的精神心理疾病、相关机制研究以及精神心理测评量表进行了阐述。

Prurigo nodularis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by papules,nodules and high pruritus.In recent years,many studies have reported that PN patients are often associated with various psychological disorders,among which depression,anxiety and sleep disturbance are more common.The co-existence of PN and mental disorders has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients and leads to poor prognosis.The paper reviews the associated mental disorders with PN,the related mechanism and the psychological assessment scale.
