摘要
为创建一种评价露天煤矿车辆安全保障系统智慧化等级的方法,使建设者、规划者了解和掌握露天煤矿车辆安全保障系统的智慧化建设水平,提出和建立露天煤矿车辆安全保障系统的智慧化安全评价体系;分析综合自动化(IA)、管理信息化(MI)、工程数字化(ED)效果以及三者间协同关系,研究和创建智慧化评价模型,通过探索性研究、专家评分等方式,提炼、总结出露天煤矿车辆安全保障系统智慧化评价公式,并进行相应推演。研究结果表明:利用该评价模型,可充分量化智慧化建设中的抽象概念,直观展现露天煤矿车辆安全保障系统的智慧化程度,反映出矿山整体的智慧化建设水平。
In order to create a method to evaluate the intelligent level of the open pit vehicle safety guarantee system in the coal mine,so that builders and planners can understand and master the intelligent construction level of open pit coal mine vehicle safety guarantee system,the intelligent safety evaluation system of open pit coal mine vehicle safety guarantee system was proposed and established.The integrated automation(IA),management informatization(MI),engineering digitization(ED)effect and the synergistic relationship among the three were analyzed,and the intelligent evaluation model was studied and created.The intelligent evaluation formula of the vehicle safety guarantee system of the open-pit coal mine was refined and summarized,and the corresponding deduction was made.The research results show that the evaluation model can fully quantify the abstract concept in the intelligent construction,and intuitively show the wisdom degree of the open-pit coal mine vehicle safety guarantee system,which can reflect the overall intelligent construction level of a mine.
