煤炭洗选加工现状及安全生产管理探讨

Discussion on status quo of coal washing and its work safety management

为促进煤炭洗选加工行业的发展,确保煤炭洗选过程安全生产,从煤炭洗选加工现状、煤炭洗选设备和煤炭洗选技术现状分析我国煤炭洗选现状;并剖析煤炭洗选加工过程中引发安全事故的因素和原因,进而提出强化职工安全教育的具体措施和安全生产管理的实施方案;此外,通过探讨煤炭洗选加工的发展趋势,提出我国煤炭洗选加工发展的建议。结果表明:我国煤炭入洗比例不断上升,选煤设备不断发展,洗选过程更加环保;在煤炭洗选加工过程中要加强安全生产管理,树立职工安全理念,提高职工安全技能,加强安全隐患排查整治,推行本质安全管理,开展企业安全文化建设。煤炭洗选加工要不断发展新技术新工艺,推动行业向现代化、智能化发展,在保证选煤厂低成本运行的同时加强安全生产管理。

In order to promote development of coal washing and processing industry and ensure safety during coal washing,the current situation of the industry was analyzed from the status quo of coal washing,coal washing equipment and the washing technology in China.Then,factors and causes for accidents were analyzed,and concrete measures to strengthen safety education of workers and an implementation plan of work safety management were put forward.Finally,the development trend of coal washing was discussed,and some suggestions on its development in China were proposed.The results show that the proportion of coal washing in China is increasing,coal preparation equipment is developing,and washing process is becoming more environmentally friendly.In the process of coal washing,it is necessary to strengthen work safety management,set up safety concept for workers,improve their safety skills and strengthen investigation on and rectification of safety risks,to promote intrinsic safety management and build safety culture in enterprises.More importantly,constant efforts should be made to develop new technologies and processes so as to achieve modernization and intelligent development of the industry,ensuring low cost operation of coal preparation plants while strengthening work safety management.
