摘要
为推动铁路高质量发展,提出将动车组(EMU)岗位实训系统纳入铁路驾驶资格考试,增设EMU模拟驾驶考试科目,并提出考试科目的相关建议。选取武汉高铁职业技能训练段EMU司机作为调研对象,通过对比EMU仿真驾驶设备考试与实车实景考试优缺点,发现EMU仿真驾驶设备考试具有安全高效等优势,需要增设EMU模拟驾驶科目。根据研究结论针对EMU模拟驾驶考试科目内容、EMU模拟驾驶科目落实2方面提出建议,注重EMU设备和车辆的故障处理考核,同时提高对考生的要求,进一步推动铁路驾驶资格考试改革。
In order to promote the high-quality development of railway,it is proposedto integrate EMU post training system into the railway driving qualification test,and add EMU driving simulation test subjects.Relevantsuggestions on the examination subjects were put forward.EMU drivers in the vocational skills training section of Wuhan high-speed railwaywere selectedas the research object.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of EMU simulation driving test and real carandreal scene test,it is found thatthe EMU simulation driving test has advantages ofsafety and effciency,and it is necessary to add EMU simulation driving subjects.According to the conclusion of the research,suggestions wereput forward for the content of EMU driving test and the implementation of EMU driving test,focusing on the fault handling assessment of EMU equipments and vehicles and improving the requirements for candidates,so as to further promote the reform of railway driving qualification examination.
