摘要
为了保证自动变光焊接护目镜(AWF)的产品质量,进而保障焊工的用眼安全,首先分析AWF的透射比均匀性和角度依赖性的机制和测量方法,研制基于四维自动扫描运动平台的新型AWF测量系统;然后利用该系统检测AWF透射比均匀性和角度依赖性指标,并分析测量结果。研究表明:透射比均匀性和角度依赖性能直接反映出AWF的技术性能,是评价AWF产品质量的重要技术指标;系统获得的结果与产品标称数据具有很好的一致性,可作为标准检测器具广泛应用。
In order to ensure the product quality of AWF to guarantee the safety of the welding workers’eyes,the measuring mechanism and methods for the transmittance uniformity and angle dependence of the AWF were analyzed.An innovative AWF measuring system including scanning controller based on4-dimensional motion platform were developed,and the experiments and result analyses for transmittance uniformity and angle dependence of the AWF were completed.The results show that transmittance uniformity and angle dependence are important technical indexes for evaluating the quality of AWF products as both of them can indicate the characteristics of AWF,and that the experimental results obtained by the measuring system are in good agreement with the nominal data of products.The results also show that the proposed measuring system can be widely used as standard testing instruments to detect the transmittance uniformity and angle dependence of AWF.
