基层部队卫生人员“三防”医学知识调查分析

Survey of anti-NBC medicine of the military health personnel

目的:系统分析基层部队卫生人员构成、"三防"医学知识培训现状和知识掌握情况,发现问题,提出对策。方法:本次调查共发放调查问卷135份,有效问卷126份,采用问卷调查法和访谈法收集资料,运用SPSS13.0软件和χ^(2)统计方法对结果进行统计分析。结果:"三防"医学知识来源,在校期间85人(67.5%);本单位培训46人(36.5%);进修培训18人(14.3%);自学20人(15.9%)。在校期间接受过现场培训95人(75.4%);工作后接受过现场培训67人(53.2%)。在没有任何预先辅导和复习准备的情况下,通过试卷知识考核形式进行调查评估,最高得分93.8分,最低得分12.5分,标准偏差19.7,平均分数53.0分,及格率仅为40.5%。其中学历高者高于低学历者(P=0.004),中级以上职称者高于初级职称者和无职称(P=0.01),医师和技师高于护士和其他工作人员(P=0.000)。95.9%人认为有必要掌握"三防"医学知识且很愿意接受培训。结论:应建立常态化"三防"医学培训机制,采取灵活多样的培训形式,培训结合核化生典型案例,并加强"三防"医学救援演练,使"三防"医学救援能力切实得以提高。

Objective:To find the problems and put forward the countermeasures by systematically analysis the composition of health personnel in the troops,the present situation of anti-NBC knowledge training and the situation of knowledge mastering.Methods:This survey,grant 135 questionnaires,126 shares of effective questionnaire altogether,datas were collected by questionnaire survey method and interviewing method,the results were analysed by SPSS13.0 software and the chi square statistic method.Results:Anti-NBC medicine knowledge were acquired from colleges(85,67.5%)、unit training(46,36.5%)、advanced training(18,14.3%)and self study(20,15.9%).Live training taken out in colleges was 95(75.4%)and 67(53.2%)after works.Without any pre-assistance and review,the highest score by the method of paper test was 93.8,the lowest 12.5,t he standard difference 19.7,the average 53.0,the pass rate 40.5%.The level of persons with higher educational background was higher than with lower educational background(P=0.004),middle rank was higher than primary rank and no rank(P=0.01),doctors and technician were higher than nurses and other workers(P=0.000).The training demand was related with the attitude,and 95.5%of persons were willing to accept the training,no one was unwilling to accept.Conclusion:A normalized"anti-NBC"medical training system should be established,adopt flexible training forms,provide the training contents related to the typical NBC cases,strengthen the anti-NBC rescue exercise to improve the"anti-NBC"medical rescue capability of the grassroots health workers in the troops effectively.
