产后疲乏影响因素及干预措施的研究进展

Research progress on factors associated with and intervention measures of postpartum fatigue

疲乏为产后常见健康问题,可对产后生活质量、婴儿生长发育产生不良影响。早期筛选出产后疲乏高危人群,制定干预措施,对于确保母婴健康具有重要临床意义。本研究综述产后疲乏定义、发生现状、评估方法、影响因素及干预措施,以期对临床措施的完善以及提高产后疲乏管理质量提供借鉴。

Fatigue is a common health problem postpartum,which can cause adverse effects on postpartum quality of life and infant growth and development.Early screening of high-risk groups of postpartum fatigue and developing intervention measures are of great clinical importance to ensure maternal and infant health.This study reviews the definition,current situation,assessment methods,influencing factors and intervention measures of postpartum fatigue,in order to provide reference for improving clinical measures and the quality of postpartum fatigue management.
