摘要
农村社会工作人才作为乡村治理人才的重要组成部分,是推动乡村社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键力量,关系到乡村社会治理的有效性与活力。目前,L市农村社会工作人才队伍在建设过程中存在职业化发展迟缓、专业化程度不高、社会工作机构发展滞后以及人才外流严重的问题。文章认为加大社会宣传力度、完善本土化职业发展制度、提升社工专业水平、培育发展社会工作机构以及完善政策吸引更多人才,有助于建设训练有素又具备地方性知识、熟悉政府工作又能扎根基层的社会工作人才队伍。
As an important part of rural governance talents,rural social work talents are the key force to promote the modernization of rural social governance system and governance capacity,and are related to the effectiveness and vitality of rural social governance.At present,there are problems of slow development of professionalization,low degree of specialization,lagging development of social work institutions and serious brain drain in the process of building the rural social work talents in L city.The article considers that stepping up social publicity,improving the localized career development system,upgrading the professional standard of social workers,nurturing the development of social work organizations and improving policies to attract more talents will help to build a social work workforce that is well-trained yet possesses local knowledge,is familiar with the work of the Government and is able to put down roots at the grassroots level.
