师范生心理健康素养与社会支持的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解师范生心理健康素养发展特点,探讨社会支持对师范生心理健康素养的影响机制,对X师范学院3259名学生进行心理健康素养和社会支持问卷调查。结果表明:师范生心理健康素养较高,师范生心理健康素养因人口学特征不同存在一定差异;师范生的心理健康素养和社会支持显著正相关;控制相关人口学变量后,社会支持能解释心理健康素养的变异量增加了19.3%。社会支持是师范生心理健康素养发展的重要促进因素,可以通过给予社会支持,提高师范生心理健康素养。 To analyze the development characteristics of mental health literacy of normal university students and explore the influence of social support on mental health,3259 college students in X Normal University were investigated by questionnaires of mental health literacy and social support.The results showed that the mental health literacy was higher,and the mental health literacy varies due to different demographic characteristics;there was a significant positive correlation between mental health literacy and social support of normal university students.After controlling for relevant demographic variables,social support could explain a 19.3%increase in variance in mental health literacy.Social support was the promoting factor of normal university students'mental health literacy.The mental health literacy of normal university students could be improved by giving social support.
