加强当代大学生党史学习教育具有重要意义。在高校中开展党史学习教育有利于当代大学生坚定理想信念,弘扬党的优良作风,抵制历史虚无主义等错误思潮。同时也能让学生立足中国法治实践,发掘党史中的优秀法治元素。然而当下高校在开展党史学习教育中也面临着一系列的困境,可以引入模拟法庭这一日臻成熟的教学模式,搭建党史学习教育平台。将模拟法庭引入党史学习教育,在主体上突出了学生的主体地位,实现了党史学习教育与法学学科的融合,进一步丰富了活动形式。经过适度改造后的模拟法庭实践形式能够与思想政治教育的主题相契合。依托模拟法庭创新大学生党史学习教育,应从目标设计、模式选择、素材选取、形式拓展方面入手,以实现党史学习教育的目标。

It is of great significance to strengthen the study and education of the party history of contemporary college students.Carrying out party history study and education in colleges and universities is conducive to contemporary college students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,carry forward the party’s fine style of work,and resist historical nihilism and other wrong thoughts.At the same time,it also enables students to explore the excellent elements of the rule of law in the history of the party in China.However,at present,colleges and universities are also facing a series of difficulties in the development of party history learning and education.The moot court,a mature teaching model,can be introduced to innovate the way of party history learning and education.The moot court highlights the main body of students,realizes the integration of party history learning and education and law discipline,and further enriches the form of activities.After a moderate transformation,the practice form of the moot court can be in line with the theme of ideological and political education.Relying on the moot court to innovate the party history learning and education of college students,we should start from the aspects of target design,model selection,material selection,and form expansion,so as to achieve the goal of party history learning and education.
