摘要
通过对某师范学院学生的调查,发现大多数师范大学生的教学管理能力在实习支教前、后由于缺乏相关学习和训练而发展很小,在实习支教中由于有大量实践机会而得到了较大发展,但是发展不够充分,各项能力发展不平衡。造成这种状况的关键原因是传统师范教育对教学管理能力的培养不重视。因此建议师范院校开设教学管理理论方面的课程、组织相关技能训练活动和教育见习活动、在教育实习中重视教学管理能力的培养,师范大学大学生要阅读教学管理方面的书刊、自己创造实践机会、积极参加其他培养管理能力的活动、开展相关科学研究。
Through the survey of the students of X normal college students,we found that most students’teaching management ability developed slowly because of the lack of relevant courses before the teaching practice.Their abilities develop a lot because there are a lot of opportunities to have teaching practice.However their abilities are inadequate and unbalanced.The most important reason is that the traditional normal education does not attach importance to teaching management ability.It is recommended that normal colleges offer courses of the theory of teaching management.They can organize activities of related skills training and education practice.They should attach great importance to the cultivation of the teaching management ability.Students of the normal colleges should read books which are relevant to the teaching management and create their own opportunity of teaching management practice.They can also participate in other activities of training the ability of management and carry out the research of relevant subjects.
