金代沿边“路”的对外交往职能

The Foreign Communication Function of the “Lu” Along the Border in Jin Dynasty

金初对外战争期间,疆域不断向南外扩,其沿边“路”亦不断发生变化。金宋皇统议和后,金境内与宋、西夏和高丽临境相接壤的沿边诸“路”遂固定下来,其对外交往亦逐渐正常化。沿边诸“路”的对外交往职能主要为使命交通与互通文书、接受贡品与勘验岁币、沿途接待与保卫使者、管理互市与刺探情报等。金代沿边“路”参与对外交往由此构成金代对外交往体系中的重要组成部分,在金朝对外交往的政治活动中发挥着重要作用。

During the foreign war in the beginning of the Jin Dynasty,the territory was constantly expanded to the south,and the“lu”along the border were also constantly changing.After the Jin Dynasty and the Song Dynasty discussed peace in the Huangtong years,the“lu”along the border bordering the Song,the Western Xia and the Koryo were fixed,and their foreign communication were gradually normalized.The foreign communication functions of the“lu”along the border are mainly send out or receive envoy and exchange documents,receiving tribute and inspection coins,receiving and defending emissaries along the way,managing mutual exchange and spy information,etc.The participation of the“lu”along the border of the Jin Dynasty thus formed an important part of the foreign communication system of the Jin Dynasty and played an important role in the political activities of the foreign exchanges of the Jin Dynasty.
