摘要 目前,高职院校"赛教融合"人才培养模式存在知识内容更新不及时、创新能力培养不到位、学生受益面不广等问题,影响学生技术技能水平的整体提升。基于此,结合技能大赛选手选拔与培养实践,提出健全选手选拔与培养机制、提升学生职业素养、围绕大赛类别组建技能社团、创新"系统循环教学法"等高职院校技能大赛学生团队阶梯式培养策略。 There exist some problems in present talent training mode of competition-teaching integration in higher vocational colleges,such as the outdated knowledge,inadequate cultivation of innovation ability and narrow benefits of students,etc.,which affects the overall improvement of students’technical skills.Combining the practice of skills competition player selection and training,this paper presents the ladder training strategies for student teams in skills competition in higher vocational colleges,including perfecting the mechanism of player selection and cultivation,improving students’professional quality,forming skills associations around the competition category,and innovating systematic cycle teaching method.
