新时代高职院校加强劳动教育的路径探讨

On the Ways to Strengthen Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

新时代高职院校加强劳动教育,不仅是职业院校优化人才培养的目标之需,也是人工智能背景下的劳动力市场变革时代之需,更是净化校园环境抵制不良思想的现实之需。高职院校要从民族复兴、立德树人、全面发展、职教强国四个方面重新审视劳动教育的理论价值。基于此,文章结合深圳职业技术学院开展劳动教育的实践,从深入开展劳动教育理论研究、构建完善劳动教育体系、拓展劳动教育实践平台三个层面进行路径探索。

To strengthen labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era is not only the need for vocational colleges to optimize the objective of personnel training,but also the need for the era of labor market reform under the background of artificial intelligence,and even the realistic need to purify the campus environment and resist unhealthy thoughts as well.It’s necessary for higher vocational colleges to re-examine the theoretical value of labor education from such four aspects as national rejuvenation,moral education,all-round development and powerful nation of vocational education.Based on the practice of labor education in Shenzhen Polytechnic College,this paper studies the ways to strengthen labor education from three levels,such as the in-depth theoretical study of labor education,the construction and improvement of labor education system,and the expansion of labor education practice platform.
