摘要
介绍冷连轧机组螺旋剪刃滚筒式飞剪的结构特点,对其主要参数进行计算,选取合适的润滑方式和电机。设计方案在实际生产中得到验证,达到设计要求,并取得良好的经济效益。
The paper introduces the structural characteristics of the drum shear with spiral knives for tandem cold mills and calculates the main technical data and selects suitable lubrication methods and motors.The design concept has been proved to meet the design requirement and offer good economic effectiveness in actual application.
