From Linear to Co-ordinated:Exploration and Trends of Cultural Development and Security Research in the New Era

统筹文化发展和安全,是实现高质量文化发展和高水平文化安全的良性互动,推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明的战略要求和根本保证。选取2013—2022年CSSCI数据库收录的2214篇核心期刊文献为分析样本,探析新时代十年来学术界关于文化发展和安全的研究现状,追溯文化发展和安全研究热点与嬗变样态。研究发现:我国文化发展和安全研究蕴含波动上升的显著特征,具有从线性领域拓展到统筹视域的发展趋势;已有研究主要聚焦于文化体系对象、文化治理视角、文化内涵价值、文化建设场域等四大热点研究主题;总体上文化发展和安全研究成果丰硕、场景内容丰富且迭代速度较快,但仍突出存在系统性贯通融合、前瞻性战略建构不足等问题。从研究内容深化、研究方法多元、研究视角创新等维度,提出新时代统筹文化发展和安全研究、构建文化传承发展自主知识体系的对策建议。

Coordinating cultural development and security is a strategic requirement and fundamental guarantee for realizing the benign interaction between high-quality cultural development and high-level cultural security,promoting cultural prosperity,building a cultural power,and building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.A total of 2214 core journal articles included in the CSSCI database from 2013 to 2022 were selected as the analysis samples,and the research status of cultural development and security in the academic community in the new era was analyzed,and the hot spots and changes of cultural development and security research were traced.The results show that the research on cultural development and security in China has the significant characteristics of fluctuation and rise,and has a development trend of expanding from a linear field to an overall perspective.The existing research mainly focuses on four hot research topics:the object of cultural system,the perspective of cultural governance,the value of cultural connotation,and the field of cultural construction.In general,the research results of cultural development and security are fruitful,the scene content is rich and the iteration speed is fast,but there are still outstanding problems such as systematic integration and insufficient forward-looking strategic construction.From the dimensions of deepening research content,diversification of research methods,and innovation of research perspectives,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for coordinating cultural development and security research and constructing an independent knowledge system for cultural inheritance and development in the new era.
