大型活动安全风险分析评估及安保策略研究——以2023中国义乌国际小商品博览会为例

Research on Security Risk Analysis and Evaluation and Security Strategy For Large-scale Events——A Case of Yiwu Small Commodities Expo

当前,我国大型活动(特别是商业活动)呈现出数量多、规模大、传统安全与非传统安全并存的特点,安保工作面临着巨大的挑战。而安保工作是大型活动有序开展的重要保障,风险分析评估又是安保工作的重要前提。通过对大型活动特点分析,总结当前大型活动(特别是商业活动)的风险因素,构建出风险评估指标体系,简要探讨评估模型,结合2023中国义乌国际小商品博览会,提出合理性建议。研究为大型活动安保工作提供方法支撑和理论依据。

At present,China's large-scale events(especially commercial events)present the characteristics of large number,large scale,traditional security and non-traditional security.It leads to the fact that the security work is facing a huge challenge.Security work is an important guarantee for the orderly conduct of large-scale events,and risk analysis and assessment are important prerequisites for security work.By analyzing the characteristics of largescale events,summarizing the risk factors of current large-scale events(especially commercial events),constructing a risk assessment index system,briefly exploring the evaluation model,and proposing reasonable suggestions based on the Yiwu Small Commodity Expo.The research provides methodological support and theoretical basis for the security work of large-scale events.
