大型体育赛事驻地安全风险评估研究——以“十四运”全运村为例

Research on Safety Risk Evaluation of Station of Large-scale Sports Event——Taking the“14th National Games”National Games Village as an Example

大型体育赛事的成功举办能够有效促进城市的经济社会发展,而大型体育赛事驻地是运动员、技术官员和媒体记者等相关人员的大本营,大型体育赛事驻地安全风险评估是保障赛事顺利进行的重要基础。本文以“十四运”全运村安全风险评估为例,基于安全风险形成机理,构建大型体育赛事驻地安全风险评估指标体系,分别运用LEC评价法和层次分析法(AHP)进行指标打分和确定指标权重,对“十四运”全运村的安全风险进行整体、客观的评估,基于评估结果提出了防范和化解“十四运”全运村安全风险的对策建议。本文所构建的大型体育赛事驻地安全风险评估体系及“十四运”全运村安全风险评估结果,可以在一定程度上为其他大型体育赛事提供驻地安全风险评估与防范的借鉴与参考。

The successful holding of large-scale sports event can effectively promote the economic and social development of the city.The station of large-scale sports event is the homeland for athletes,technical officials and journalists,and carrying out the safety risk evaluation of station of large-scale sports event is an important base to ensure the success of the sports event.Taking the“14th National Games”National Games Village as an example,this paper constructs a safety risk evaluation system from the perspective of four categories of emergency risks,and comprehensively uses LEC evaluation and analytic hierarchy process to conduct risk assessment and determine the weights of indexes.This paper carries out an overall and objective safety risk evaluation for the National Games Village,in order to provide reference and experience for the safety risk evaluation and reduction for another Large-scale sports event.
