中国式社会治理现代化是中国式现代化新道路在社会领域的重要表现,是在对西方治理理论进行本土化改造和对旧有社会管控与社会管理思想进行时代化调整的基础上所作出的中国选择,既吸纳了各国社会治理现代化的先进经验,更凸显出符合自身治理情境的中国特色。为贯彻落实中国式社会治理理念,在中国共产党的领导下,经过近十年的探索与创新,中国逐步形成了以“一核多元”的责任共同体为治理主体、以实践共同体的共建共治为治理过程、以全民共享的利益共同体为治理目标的推进社会治理现代化的中国方案,实现了对西方治理方案和旧有社会管理方案的双重超越,创造了人类社会治理文明新形态。迈上全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程,新问题与新现象对优化和完善行动方案的执行路径提出了新挑战,应在社会治理活力与秩序的互嵌共融方面重点施策,健全应急管理体制机制以增强社会治理韧性,开拓中国式社会治理现代化的未来进路。
