Risk Perception of Community Residents in COVID-19 Prevention and Control

新冠肺炎疫情对全球经济发展和各国居民的生产生活造成严重威胁,增强社区居民的安全感,提升居民对风险的警惕性和认知深刻性水平,是社区应急治理的重要内容。以新冠肺炎疫情防控为视角,对社区居民风险感知三种类型的作用机理进行阐述,提出知识宣传不到位、信息披露不健全、群众依赖不紧密等困境,并从社区组织领导、科教宣普、智治水平、心理疏导等方面提出解决对策,从而维持社区居民正常的风险感知水平,强化社区应急治理能力。

COVID-19 has posed a serious threat to global people’s production and life and economic development.Improving community residents’risk perception is an important part of community emergency management,which plays an important role in consolidating the effectiveness of COVID-19 prevention and control.In the perspective of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,this paper expounds the functional mechanism of three types of residents’risk perception,puts forward some troubles,including knowledge dissemination is not in place,information disclosure is not sound,and the masses are not closely dependent.At last,this paperputs forward some countermeasures from the aspects of community organization leadership,popularization of science,wisdom management level,psychological counseling and so on,so as to improve community residents’risk perception and strengthen community emergency management ability.
