应急信息技术人才培养方案探索:以防灾科技学院为例

Exploration on the Training Plan of Emergency Information Technology Talents in the Institute of Disaster Prevention

应急管理部成立后,应急管理事业迈入崭新阶段,应急管理事业对信息化、智能化人才需求紧迫,而我国应急管理人才培养却刚刚起步,人才培养方案亟待解决。本文以防灾科技学院为例,研究如何建设与应急管理事业发展相适应的我国应急信息技术人才培养方案。本文从“信息化应急、智慧化应急”角度,探索了应急信息技术人才培养方案,首先基于成果导向确定应急信息技术人才培养目标,接着确定应急信息技术方向毕业要求,围绕培养目标及毕业要求设置了应急信息技术人才培养课程体系,并详细介绍了课程体系中的集中实践教学环节,为应急管理学科人才培养提供一些参考。

After the establishment of the Emergency Management Department,the emergency management business has entered a new stage.The emergency management business has an urgent need for information and intelligent talents.However,the training of emergency management talents in my country has just started,and the talent training program needs to be solved urgently.This article explores the emergency information technology talent training program from the perspective of“information emergency response and intelligent emergency response”.First,it determines the emergency information technology talent training goal based on the result-oriented,and then determines the emergency information technology direction graduation requirements,focusing on the training goals and graduation requirements.The emergency information technology talent training curriculum system is introduced,and the concentrated practical teaching links in the curriculum system are introduced in detail to provide some references for the training of emergency management professionals.
