跨学科视角下重大疫情国外社会科学研究的特征与启示——基于SARS和甲型H1N1流感SSCI期刊论文的分析

Implications from Interdisciplinary Bibliometrics Pespective of Foreign Social Science Research on Major Pandemic Cases on SSCI Journal Articles of SARS and H1N1

学术研究及其成果是对重大疫情学习、总结与反思的重要基础,但囿于学术领域的学科分化,往往影响学术研究对重大疫情总结经验、吸取教训的促进效果。论文基于跨学科视角,对705篇与SARS疫情相关的SSCI期刊论文和755篇与甲型H1N1流感疫情相关的SSCI期刊论文进行综合比较分析,研究发现:(1)“危机与应急”“媒体与沟通”和“政治与伦理”等是重大疫情国外社会科学研究普遍探讨的主题;(2)“风险与灾害”“知识与态度”和“管理与监测”等是重大疫情国外社会科学研究的热点;(3)重大疫情国外社会科学研究趋势表现为:主题多聚焦于管理、政策和传媒,研究方法和研究内容伴随着疫情暴发后的时间推进,呈现出由单一到多样的变化和多阶段性演变的特点。论文是首次围绕重大疫情国外社会科学研究文献进行计量研究,有一定开拓性贡献,并对探索重大疫情国外社会科学研究的内在逻辑和演进规律有重要价值,有助于启发对新冠肺炎疫情的社会科学研究。

Academic research and achievements are an important basis for studying,summarizing,and refecting on pandemic.However,the disciplinary differentiation in the academic field often affects the effect of academic research on summing up experience and learning lessons from pandemic.From an interdisciplinary perspective,based on bibliometrics,this study compared and integrated 705 SSCI journal articles related to SARS and 755 SSCI journal articles related to H1N1,and found that:(1)"crisis and emergency","media and communication"and"politics and ethics"are the three main themes generally discussed in foreign social science research of pandemic;(2)"risk and disaster","knowledge and attitude"and"management and monitoring"are three hot spots in foreign social science research of pandemic;(3)foreign social science research themes of pandemic mainly focus on management,policy and media,and their research methods and research contents would advance with the outbreak of the pandemic,showing the characteristics of change from single to diverse and multi-stage evolution.This paper is the frst time to conduct bibliometric research around the foreign social science research literature of major epidemic situation,which has made some pioneering contributions.The fndings of this study are of great value for exploring the internal logic and evolution law of foreign social science research on pandemic and are helpful to inspire social science researchers on COVID-19.
