基于本体的突发公共卫生事件防控知识模型构建研究——以新冠肺炎疫情防控为例 被引量:5

Research on Knowledge Model Construction of the Public Health Emergency based on Ontology——Taking COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control as an Example

摘要 传染病疫情的屡次发生,特别是新冠肺炎疫情的蔓延,给人类健康、经济社会稳定带来了严重的影响。构建新冠肺炎疫情防控本体,能够提高疫情相关知识的高效利用,为疫情防控提供知识支持。通过整理新冠肺炎疫情防控领域相关知识,确定概念结构、抽取语义关系、建立基于描述逻辑的公理规则,再利用protégé软件将这些知识形式化成OWL语言的形式,最后对本体进行推理和评价。构建新冠肺炎疫情防控本体对于提高疫情防控领域知识的共享和复用率,对增强基于本体的新冠肺炎疫情防控知识服务质量具有一定的促进作用。 The frequent occurrence of infectious diseases,especially the spread of COVID-19,has brought serious impacts on human health,economic and social stability in the world.The construction of ontology about COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control can improve the efficient use of epidemic knowledge and provide knowledge support for epidemic prevention and control.Through sorting out the relevant knowledge in the field of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,this paper determines the conceptual structure,extracts the semantic relationship,establishes the axiom rule based on description logic,then transforms these knowledge forms into the form of OWL language through the protégé,and finally deduces and evaluates the ontology.The construction of the ontology about COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control can improve the sharing and reuse rate of the ontology of epidemic prevention and control knowledge and enhance the service quality of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control knowledge based on ontology.
