突发公共卫生事件缓解期公众风险感知影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Public Risk Perception During the Remission Period of Public Health Emergencies

缓解期在整个突发公共卫生事件的生命周期中具有重要意义,而了解公众风险感知的影响因素及作用路径,对防控政策的精准实施具有重要意义。但是,目前学术界基于突发公共卫生事件的发展阶段来研究公众风险感知影响因素的文献较为缺乏。基于此,本文以新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情事件为例,梳理国内外关于公众风险感知影响因素的研究成果,提出疫情缓解期影响公众风险感知的因素,构建SEM模型,利用问卷调查、多元有序logistic回归和Amos21.0软件进行实证研究。基本社会属性、疫情缓解期知识、疫情缓解期态度和疫情缓解期信息关注度是影响疫情缓解期公众风险感知的主要因素。其中,疫情缓解期信息关注度对风险感知的直接影响程度最大;疫情缓解期知识对风险感知的直接作用不明显。

The remission period is of great significance throughout the life cycle of public health emergencies.Understanding the influencing factors and functioning paths of public risk perception is of great significance for the precise implementation of prevention and control policies.However,at present,there is a lack of literature in the academic community to study the influencing factors of public risk perception based on the development stage of public health emergencies.Based on this,this article takes the case of the COVID-19 epidemic as an example,combs the domestic and foreign research results on the impact factors of public risk perception,puts forward the factors that affect public risk perception during theremission period of epidemic,builds an SEM model,uses questionnaire surveys,multiple ordered logistic regression and Amos21.0 software for empirical research.Basic social attributes,epidemic remission period knowledge,epidemic remission period attitude and information attention degree of epidemic remission period are the main factors affecting public risk perception during epidemic remission period.Among them,the information attention degree of the epidemic mitigation period has the greatest direct impact on risk perception;the direct effect of the epidemic remission period knowledge on risk perception is not obvious.
