疫情中应急管理防控与城市公共空间设计的意义

Significance of Emergency Management Prevention and Control in Epidemic Situation and Urban Public Space Design

自新冠肺炎疫情暴发起,城市公共空间便成为疫情防控中重要的治理场所,无论从城市公共空间规划设计还是管理角度,城市的公共空间都是最重要的。为建立科学的城市应急管理防控机制,重新审视城市公共空间规划设计领域应对,提升城市突发应急管理防控能力,离不开城市公共空间设计的相关规划,城市公共空间的应急管理防控成为主要的战场,其应急管理、防控传染扩散的能力直接关系到人民的生命健康。疫情中应急管理能力强弱与城市公共空间设计有着必然联系,我国在城市公共空间设计规划理念上对应的应急管理防控方面存在诸多问题,因此分析建立城市公共空间设计和应急管理防控联控机制之间的关系显得尤为关键。

Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus epidemic,urban public space has become an important governance place in epidemic prevention and control.Whether from the perspective of urban public space planning and design or management,urban public space is the most important.To establish a scientific mechanism,prevention and control of urban emergency management review to urban public space planning and design field,improve the sudden emergency management system of the city and leave the planning about the design of urban public space,urban public space of the emergency management control become the main battlefield,the emergency management,ability to prevent and control the spread of the infection is directly related to people’s lives and health.There is an inevitable link between the strength of emergency management in the epidemic and the design of urban public space.In China,there are many problems in the design and planning of urban public space corresponding to the emergency management and prevention.Therefore,it is particularly critical to analyze the relationship between the design of urban public space and the joint control mechanism of emergency management and prevention.
