摘要 民以食为天,食以安为先。市场经济发展模式解决了计划经济时期的食品短缺状况,但市场竞争条件下追求食品生产利润最大化带来的食品污染、食品制假的风险在增加。2018年课题组继续对全国的城市公共安全感进行调查。餐馆食品安全感、菜市场食品安全感、未来预期食品安全感及总食品安全感的均值均低于中值。66.1%受试者在过去1年内至少发生过1起食品安全事故。食品安全事故违法信息透明度、消费者食品安全维权容易度的均值均低于中值。仅有36.2%的居民接受过食品安全教育培训。未来需要加强企业食品安全的自身建设,加强食品安全的政府规制,实现多渠道的食品安全公共监督,以有效提升城市食品安全感。 Food and safety come as the first.The development mode of market economy solves the food shortage in the period of planned economy,but the risk of food pollution and food counterfeiting caused by the pursuit of maximizing the profit of food production is increasing under market competition.In 2018,the research team continued to investigate the national sense of urban public security.The mean values of food safety in restaurants,food safety in the market,expected food safety in the future and total food safety are lower than the median.A total of 66.1%participants had experienced at least one accident of food safety in the past year.The average value of the transparency of illegal information of food safety accidents and the ease of safeguarding consumers’rights in food safety were lower than the median value.Only 36.2%of residents have received food safety education and training.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the self-construction of enterprises in food safety,strengthen the government regulation of food safety,and realize the multi-channel public supervision of food safety so as to effectively improve the sense of food safety.
