略论我国跨国(境)消防救援的发展现状及路径

Brief Discussion on the development status and path of China’s transnational(territory) fire rescue

加强国际交流合作、共同防灾减灾救灾是人类社会发展的永恒课题。审视我国跨国(境)消防救援在消防合作交流、救援经验积累、队伍力量壮大三个方面的发展现状,创新性提出我国消防救援的发展路径:更新救援行动理念、健全消防标准体系、完善法律协调机制、加强人才力量储备和提升后勤保障能力。希冀对推进新形势下消防改革发展和提升国家应急管理战略有所裨益。

Strengthening international exchanges and cooperation, and joint prevention and reduction of disasters are eternal issues for the development of human society. Examine the development status of China’s transnational(territory) fire rescue in the areas of fire protection cooperation and exchange, accumulation of rescue experience, and strength of the team. Innovatively propose five development paths of fire rescue in China: update the rescue action concept, improve the fire protection standard system, and improve Legal coordination mechanism, strengthen talent reserves and improve logistics support capabilities. It is hoped that it will be helpful to promote the reform and development of fire protection in the new situation and improve the national emergency management strategy.
