高职教师科技创新激励路径探索

Exploration of the Incentive Path of Higher Vocational Teachers’ Scientific and Technological Innovation

摘要 高职教师科技创新不足表现为自我激励不强、校方激励不够、市场激励不多,形成的原因有教师职业能力结构不平衡、院校科技创新导向不定、科创成果的市场不稳定。通过改变认知、平衡发展、强化应用的方式,优化教师职业能力结构,科技创新成果突出"输出导向",将科创成果应用于人才培养、社会服务、文化传承方面。通过高职教师科技创新,提高师资队伍教学能力,提升高职院校人才培养水平。 Teachers in vocational colleges lack scientific and technological innovation.To be specific,self-motivation is not strong,school motivation is not enough,and market motivation is not much.The reasons lead to this phenomenon include the unbalanced structure of the teachers’professional ability,the uncertain guidance of scientific and technological innovation and the unstable market of scientific and technological achievements.By changing the way of cognition,balancing development,strengthening application,optimizing the structure of the teachers’professional ability,and highlighting the"output orientation"of scientific and technological innovation achievements,scientific and technological innovation achievements can be applied to personnel training,social services and cultural inheritance.Through the innovation,the teaching ability of the teaching staff will be promoted,thus improving the talent training level in vocational colleges.
