摘要 随着人们生活水平不断的提高,对车辆的需求也逐渐增加,车辆数量逐年增加,而停车位有限,随之而来的问就是停车难,乱停乱放的现象,既不美观,又影响公共秩序。为此本文设计了一种小型立体停车库,立体车库具有空间利用率高,安全快捷的特点。本文利用西门子S7-1200PLC编程,通过变频器控制码垛机的移动,完成了立体出库码垛机控制系统设计,并用SIMATIC WINCC对立体车库运行过程进行模拟监控,具有一定的应有价值。 With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for vehicles is gradually increasing.The number of vehicles is increasing year by year,and the parking space is limited.The following question is that it is difficult to park,the phenomenon of disorderly parking and disorderly placing,which is not beautiful,but also affects the public order.Therefore,this paper designs a small three-dimensional parking garage,which has the characteristics of high space utilization,safety and efficiency.In this paper,Siemens s7-1200 plc is used to program,through frequency converter to control the movement of stacker,the control system design of stacker is completed,and SIMATIC WinCC is used to simulate and monitor the operation process of three-dimensional garage,which has certain value.
