基于职业发展的高职技能教学改革

Vocational skill teaching reform based on Vocational Development

摘要 产业追求生产效益、推动生产技术变革,引起职业能力结构变化,要求岗位人才"精而通、好且快"。高职院校延续"统一化课堂教学",变革迟缓、滞后于发展。高职教学应当在教学内容、教学方式、教学评价,教学资源配置、技能实践应用方面,引入实际生产因素,培养满足岗位现场和发展的专业技能。通过教学改革,拓展学生职业纵向、横向技能,适应职业岗位能力需求与发展。 The industry pursues production efficiency,promotes production technology change,causes the change of professional ability structure,and requires the post talents to be"precise,good and fast".Higher vocational colleges continue the"unified classroom teaching",the reform is slow and lags behind the development.Higher vocational education should introduce practical production factors into teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,teaching resource allocation and teaching ability application,so as to cultivate professional skills to meet the needs of the job site and development.Through the teaching reform,students’professional vertical and horizontal skills will be expanded to meet the needs and development of professional post ability.
