高职院校工科专业技能人才培养模式的创新与实践研究

Innovation and Practice Research on the Training Model of Engineering Professional Skills in Higher Vocational Colleges

创新是当今人才培养的主旋律,传统的培养模式已经逐渐不能够适应国家新形势的发展,持续推进高职院校创新型专业技能人才的培养模式是我国科技创新和人才培养的一项重大举措。本文结合我国教育理念的转变以及高职院校工科类学科的实际情况,对高职院校工科类专业技能人才培养模式的创新与实践进行探究,分析了现今高职院校工科类专业技能人培养模式存在的问题并提出了创新型培养模式的构建方案,为推进高等职业教育改革与发展提供了参考。

Innovation is the main theme of today’s talent cultivation.The traditional training mode has gradually failed to adapt to the development of the new situation in our nation.Continuously promoting the cultivation mode of innovative professional skills talents in higher vocational colleges is a major measure for China’s scientific and technological innovation and personnel training.This article combines the transformation of China’s education concept with the actual situation of engineering disciplines in higher vocational colleges.It explores the innovation and practice of the cultivation model for technical talents in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the professional skills of engineering professionals in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the training mode,puts forward the construction plan of the innovative training mode,and provides a reference for advancing the reform and development of higher vocational education.
