新时期加强高职院校教师党支部建设研究

On strengthening the construction of teachers’ Party branch in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new era

多年以来,"虚化、淡化、弱化和边缘化"这些字眼一直和高职院校教师党支部建设存在现象有着千丝万缕的联系。针对高职院校基层党建普遍存在的对教师党支部政治功能不突出、思想建设弱化、凝聚力欠缺、与中心工作结合不紧、支部书记"领头羊"作用淡化等问题,从主客观两方面分析了问题的原因,据此提出完善制度保障、抓好理论学习、围绕中心抓党建、选好用好培养好教师党支部书记等解决之策。

For many years,the words"emptiness,dilution,weakening and marginalization"have been inextricably linked with the construction of teachers’Party branch in higher vocational colleges.In view of the common problems existing in the party construction at the grass-roots level in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of political function of the Party branch of teachers,the weakening of ideological construction,the lack of cohesion,the lack of tight integration with the central work,and the weakening of the role of the Secretary of the branch as the"leader",this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the subjective and objective aspects,and accordingly puts forward to improve the guarantee system,grasp the theoretical study,focus on the party construction around the center,and select,use,and train the Secretary well.
