教育生态学视域下对高职院校“订单班”人才培养路径探析

Research on Cultivation of Talents in Order Class from Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Perspective of Education Ecology

由于部分体制和培养理念的偏差,导致目前国内高职院校中"订单班"培养的人才质量和企业融合度都不高;基于这种现状,本文从教育生态学角度进行探析,从"订单班"的培养理念的更新、课程体系的革新、管理制度的创新、合作企业的换新、师资队伍的崭新五个生态因子的基础上对高职院校"订单班"培养模式的路径进行探析,并创造性的提出针对高职教育"订单班"培养的1.5+1+0.5课程模式,有效提高了高职院校订单班人才培养质量。

Due to the deviation of some systems and training ideas,the quality of talents and the degree of enterprise integration of"order class"training in domestic higher vocational colleges are not high at present.So,from the perspective of educational ecology,this paper analyzes the path of"order class"training mode in higher vocational colleges,with five ecological factors:training idea renewal,curriculum system innovation,management system innovation,cooperative enterprise renewal,and brand-new teaching staff.It also creatively puts forward the"1.5+1+0.5"course mode for the"order class"training,which effectively improves the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
