某框架结构建筑的检测鉴定与加固

Test, Appraisal and Reinforcement of a Frame Structure Building

本文通过对某框架结构建筑进行现场检测、结构计算和分析研究,发现其主要问题为层间位移、梁柱构件的局部配筋不满足现行规范的可靠性要求,确定其可靠性为Ⅳ级,已不能正常使用,须立即采取措施加固。经多方案比较,最终考虑采用改变结构传力路径的加固法对结构进行加固,在框架结构局部位置增加剪力墙,以吸收水平地震力,减少原有结构中梁柱的地震作用效应。经过处理,该建筑的可靠性被鉴定为Ⅰ级,满足了正常使用要求,避免了该建筑的拆除重建,节省了大量的社会物质资源。

A frame structure building was on-site tested,structural calculated and analytical investigated.The major problem was that the story drift and the local reinforcement dissatisfy the code requirement.The reliability was confirmed to be Band IV,so the structure can’t be used normally and measures should be taken to strengthen it.Through comparing many schemes,the force transferring path was at last adopted to change to strength of the structure.Some shear walls were added in some places of the frame structure,which can absorb horizontal earthquake action and reduce the beam and column’s earthquake’s effects of actions.After disposing,the structure’s reliability was confirmed to be Band I,which can satisfy the normal uses,thus avoiding rebuilding and saving abundant social resources.
