刚挠结合板挠性区空腔污染的解决与研究

摘要 刚挠结合板挠性区空腔内的板面污染问题一直严重影响着刚挠结合板产品的成品率,造成了大量资源浪费,增加了产品成本,也对环境产生一定的负面影响。导致这一异常的主要原因是板件在沉镀铜过程中相应的化学药水通过板件透气孔渗入到板内形成结晶附着于腔体内,并对腔体内材料咬蚀,形成不可逆的材料破坏。通过刚挠结合板的结构调整、流程优化、防水透气膜引入应用、低温等离子控制等方式,优化透气孔工艺,运用防水透气膜阻止化学药水渗入到板内,起到了理想的效果,沉镀铜相应药水导致的污染报废得到了杜绝,节约了大量资源,刚挠结合板产品的成品率稳步提高,为客户提供了更加高效、优质的产品。 At present,the surface pollution in the cavity of the flexible zone of rigid-flexible composite plate has been seriously affecting the yield of rigid-flexible composite plate products,resulting in a lot of waste of resources,increasing the company's cost,and also having a certain negative impact on society.The main reason for this abnormality is that the corresponding chemical liquid permeates into the plate through the air holes of the plate during copper deposition,forms crystals and adheres to the cavity,and bites the materials in the cavity,resulting in irreversible material damage.Through structural adjustment,process optimization,introduction and application of waterproof and breathable film,and low-temperature plasma control,this paper optimized the venting process,and prevented chemical agents from infiltrating into the board through the waterproof and breathable film,which achieved ideal results.The pollution and scrap caused by the corresponding chemicals in copper plating were completely eliminated,saving a lot of resources,and the finished product rate of rigid-flexible composite board began to increase steadily,providing customers with more efficient and high-quality products,and the overall competitiveness of the company was steadily improved.
