摘要
酚氧树脂(phenoxy resin),又称苯氧树脂。由于特殊的结构,不含环氧基团,即使交联固化反应也可以保持线性结构,因而广泛用作覆铜板的增韧改性。论文研究了不同分子量的苯氧树脂在FR4中的应用,结果表明不同分子量的苯氧树脂除了增韧以外,还会对流变性能、耐热性、抗翘曲能力都有不同的影响。
Phenoxy resin,also known as phenoxy resin,is widely used for toughening and modifying copper clad panels due to its absence of epoxy groups in its structure,which maintains a linear structure even when reacting with crosslinking agents.The paper studied the application of different molecular weight phenoxy resins in FR4,and the results showed that in addition to toughening,different molecular weight phenoxy resins also have different effects on rheological properties,heat resistance,and anti-warping ability.
