This study delves into the transformative impact of integrating Product Lifecycle Management(PLM)systems and data-driven methodologies on enhancing both the efficiency and quality of Printed Circuit Board(PCB)engineering processes.By meticulously examining the critical pain points within PCB front-end engineering,the paper elucidates how the synergy between PLM and advanced data analytics optimizes the entire engineering workflow and facilitates seamless data interoperability.This integration leads to a marked improvement in overall PCB manufacturing efficiency and a significant reduction in error rates,paving the way for leaner,smarter,and more agile PCB engineering practices.
