摘要
随着PCB制造技术的不断发展,钻孔工序的精度和效率要求日益提高。排刀系统作为钻孔工序的核心部分,对于优化刀具排列、提高加工效率、降低生产成本具有重要意义。本文通过分析PCB钻孔工序的特点和需求,提出了排刀系统的设计方案,并详细阐述了系统的实现过程及优化策略,如何通过对钻针规范化管理,利用现有设备功能,实现自动化备刀管理替代人工备刀管理。
With the continuous development of PCB manufacturing technology,the accuracy and efficiency of the drilling process are increasingly required.As the core part of the drilling process,the tool arrangement system is of great significance to optimize the tool arrangement,improve the processing efficiency and reduce the production cost.By analyzing the characteristics and requirements of PCB drilling process,this paper puts forward the design scheme of the tool arrangement system,and elaborates the implementation process and optimization strategy of the system in detail as well as how to realize automatic tool preparation management instead of manual tool preparation management through standardized management of drilling needles and the use of existing equipment functions.
